Craig Long of Premium Fresh Farms has died

Craig Long, national accounts manager for Salinas, CA-based Premium Fresh Farms LLC, died Saturday,
Feb. 10 of a heart attack at his Salinas home on. He was 36 years old.

Among those Mr. Long leaves behind are his wife, Allison, their daughter, Ava Madeline Long, and an
unborn baby girl due in June.

"He was a good friend and did a super job for us," said Emmitt Pfost, president of Premium Fresh
Farms and Mr. Long's father-in-law. "He was a hard-working guy. He helped us build sales volume and
developed great relationships."

Mr. Long had been national accounts manager for Premium Fresh Farms for the past two years. Among
his accomplishments at Premium Fresh were increasing the customer base by adding more than 60 new
clients. Mr. Long helped the sales team double yearly production two years running and helped raise
retail co-packing sales by 100 percent.

Mr. Long also helped manage daily transportation needs and was a major contributor in all company
publications. He also helped develop the company's marketing materials for trade shows.

Born Mar. 24, 1970, in Pocahontas, IA, and raised in Laurens, IA, Mr. Long graduated from the
University of Tennessee-Martin in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Mr. Long moved to California in 1997 and began his dream job as the assistant public relations director
of the Oakland Raiders from 1997 to 2004. He was one of the early hosts for the Oakland Raiders daily
webcast show "On The Edge," and he also hosted special segments on the Raiders TV show "Behind
the Shield."

Mr. Long had a passion for wrestling, demonstrated by his love for the World Wrestling Federation and
by his accomplishments as a wrestler in high school.

Mr. Long's life revolved around his family. He moved to Salinas with his wife, Allison, and daughter,
Ava, in 2004 to begin a new career with Premium Fresh Farms.

Mr. Long lived and breathed the Oklahoma Sooners. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his Harley
Davidson and playing Sony Play Station. He also enjoyed working with his father Daryl on real estate
investments.

In addition to his wife and daughter, Mr. Long is survived by his parents, Daryl and Dorothy Long of
Laurens, IA; a brother Dr. David Long of Martin, TN; nephews Jordan Long and Michael Long of
Martin, TN; a sister Deborah Billington of Woodland Hills, CA; a niece, Rachel Billington of Woodland
Hills, CA; and his in-laws Emmitt and Cindi Pfost of Salinas, CA.

A memorial trust fund has been set up for Mr. Long's family under Allison Long, c/o Bank of America
on South Main St. in Salinas. The account number is 00728-60472 -- write Craig Long Memorial Fund
